Anthony is the Director of Education for Forge. Anthony has founded and headed up non-profit organizations which have helped to transition churches from maintenance to mission and train pastors to lead missional churches. Before moving to Canada eight years ago, Anthony worked as a pastor and an evangelist in his native England. He holds higher degrees in theology from Oxford University, England, and Regent College, Vancouver.

Cam is the National Director for the Forge as well as the Team Leader of Southside Community Church in Vancouver, BC. He is currently the Director of Church Planting Canada and serves as an advisor to the Research Committee for EFC. He also serves as Canadian Baptist Ministries Missional Director.

Howard has served as a pastor in Edmonton for 25 years, as Missional Church Consultant for the Canadian Baptists of Western Canada, and as Canadian consultant for the Connecting Church. He is the Director of Neighbourhood Life, that part of Forge which particularly attends to what God is up to in our neighbourhoods.

Jeremy, for 25 years directed various university ministries for The Navigators of Canada. In recent years he has been catalytic in the creation of LifeChange Adventures, a grass roots movement inspiring new life through enabling people to become actively engaged in making a difference, creating pathways of change and coaching people along the way. He serves with Vision Ministries Canada in the capacity of developing a new generation of men and women who will pursue new frontiers for the gospel throughout our nation.

Karen Wilk currently serves as Pastor of Community Life and Discipleship at the River Community Church in Edmonton, Alberta where they are actively seeking to be a ‘go and be' church nurturing neighbourhood networks where their adherents live... As a Home Mission's Ministry Developer in western Canada with the CRC, she assists other church leaders in their missional pursuits. She has a Masters in Theological Studies from Tyndale Seminary. Along with preaching and teaching in numerous places, Karen has written a number of children and youth curricula, a family devotional, Walk with Me, Jesus and The Together All God's People Guidebook for churches. She is working on a new resource entitled "Don't Invite Them To Church: A Devotional Guide to Pursuing God's Mission Together in your Neighbourhood" and she and her husband enjoy and are challenged by adventure of trying live it every day.
